hand scooped and made with whole milk products,
free of hormones and antibiotics. It contains no
gum, fillers or other additives which results in
a clean, sweet milky taste. Our unique packaging
consists of an inner draining basket since we pack
our Ricotta Fresca in its natural juice. The basket
maintains the structural integrity of the cheese
and resists liquefying. Especially notable for
everything from lasagna to making the finest of
desserts, Cantaré’s Ricotta Fresca absorbs
the flavor of the sauce. |
