Burrata with Fresh Fig & Prosciutto
Serves 6
You'll need...
- 6 (4 oz) Cantaré Burrata
6 slices of Prosciutto
6 fresh figs
1/3 cup of almond slithers, toasted
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
¼ cup of honey
½ cup of brown sugar
Drizzle of truffle oil

Here's how...
- In a small pan over a medium heat melt
the brown sugar. Add the balsamic vinegar
and honey and stir until it has the consistency
of syrup. Remove from heat and set aside
to cool. On a platter arrange Prosciutto
to form nests. Place a Burrata on top
of each slice of Prosciutto. Cut the
burrata across the top, lengthways. Half
figs and arrange with each nest. Drizzle
balsamic glaze over figs and top the
figs with toasted alm
