Burrata with Smoked Salmon & Avocado
Serves 6
You'll need...
- 6 (4oz) Cantaré Burrata
- 6 slices of Smoked Salmon
- 1 Avocado, thinly sliced
- 12 Chives
- Caviar, to garnish
- Juice from one lemon
- Zest from one lemon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & freshly ground black
pepper
Here's how...
- On a platter arrange smoked salmon slices
to form little nests. Place a burrata on
top of each salmon nest. Cut the burrata
across the top, lengthways. Arrange two slices
of avocado with each nest. Top with caviar,
lemon zest and chive. Drizzle with extra
virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Season
to taste with black pepper. Serve with crusty
Italian bread.
