Balsamic Strawberries with Black Pepper Mascarpone
Serves 4
You'll need...
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, rinsed
¼ cup of white sugar
¼ cup of Modena balsamic vinegar
4 oz of Cantaré Fresh Mascarpone Italian Cream
Cheese, refrigerated
1 tablespoon of freshly ground black pepper
8 Almond biscotti

Here's how...
- Half strawberries, rinse under cold water and place
in a large mixing bowl. Add the balsamic vinegar and
freshly ground black pepper. In a separate bowl whisk
sugar with cold Cantaré Fresh Mascarpone Italian Cream
Cheese (cold Mascarpone will double in yield).
Place almond biscotti on a platter, top with a dollop
of mascarpone and place strawberry halves on top. Drizzle
with balsamic & strawberry juice and serve.
