Grilled Summer Fruit Skewers
with Fresh Vanilla & Honey Mascarpone

Serves 4
You'll need...
- 4 Bamboo Skewers, soaked in water
Assorted summer fruit – 3 firm varieties*, washed and sliced
(½ inch thick)
4 oz of Cantaré Fresh Mascarpone Italian Cream Cheese, refrigerated
½ teaspoon of fresh vanilla pod
¼ cup of honey
¼ cup of melted unsalted butter
Zest of one orange
*Varieties: nectarines, pineapple, mango or star fruit
Here's how...
- Prepare BBQ to medium high heat. Skewer
fruit and brush with melted butter. In a
mixing bowl whisk cold Cantaré Fresh Mascarpone
Italian Cream Cheese with fresh vanilla pod
and honey until it form slight peaks. Refrigerate.
Grill fruit skewers turning frequently until
golden brown and caramelized. Top each skewer
with a generous helping of honey-vanilla
mascarpone and garnish with orange zest.
