Cantaré Quick Pizza

Traditional Olive TapenadePerleFresh Roasted Vine Tomatoes

 

Serves 4

 

You''ll need...

4 store-bought pizza crusts; thawed
1 - 7 oz tub of Cantaré Plain Olive Tapenade
16 fresh basil leaves
2 tubs of Cantaré Fresh Mozzarella – Perles
2 - 5 oz cups of Cantaré Fresh Roasted Vine Tomatoes
Marinated artichokes, roasted red & yellow pepper & capers, chopped - optional
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Here's how...

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Spread ¼ cup of Cantaré Plain Olive Tapenade on each crust. Add ½ tub of Cantaré Fresh Mozzarella (Perles) and ½ cup Cantaré Fresh Roasted Vine Tomatoes to each crust.
Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Bake the pizza for 10 minutes or until light brown (a cracker like thinness and texture).
Tear four basil leaves onto each pizza and drizzle with oil left over from Cantaré Fresh Roasted Vine Tomatoes. Let rest for five minutes and serve topped with arugula.
