Fabulous Feta Olive Tapenade

You'll need...
- 1 - 7 oz tub of Cantaré Goat
Feta Olive Tapenadewith,
room temperature
1 – 5 oz tub of Cantaré Fresh Roasted Vine Tomatoes, room
temperature
1 avocado, sliced and drizzled with lemon juice
Extra virgin olive oil
Splash of balsamic vinegar
½ lb summer salad greens
1 cup of walnuts, dry roasted
½ French baguette, sliced and toasted (crostini)
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Here's how...
- Toss salad greens with Cantaré Fresh Roasted
Vine Tomatoes and toasted walnuts. Top with
slices of avocado. Top each crostini with
Cantaré Goat Feta Olive Tapenade. Serve tapenade
crostini with salad drizzled with extra virgin
olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar.
