San Diego, January 16, 2006. San Diego based Cantaré Foods Inc., renowned for their award-winning, handcrafted artisan foods, will be launching two new groundbreaking olive salsas at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco on January 22, 2006 - Chipotle Olive Salsa and Moroccan Olive Salsa.

The Chipotle Olive Salsa is comprised of black and green olives, blended with chipotle, lemon and cilantro. The Moroccan Olive Salsa with black and green olives, chickpeas, peaches, raisins, cilantro, roasted red bell peppers, cumin and a magical blend of Moroccan spices, truly represent the rich and aromatic flavors of Northern Africa. Both products are unique in flavor and taste and are made from premium Spanish olives. These salsas can be used as a spread, dip, pesto or rub and enjoy a 75 day shelf life when refrigerated, or can be frozen for up to six months.

Both the Chipotle Olive and Moroccan Olive Salsas can be added to compliment existing dishes or turn your favorite meal into a taste sensation.
