Cantaré was founded by 35-year cheese industry veteran Bob Fischer who conceived authentic fresh artisan foods, which have won numerous prestigious awards, captivating fans throughout America, Canada and Mexico! Cantaré blends modern day cutting-edge technology and innovation with the finest of old world traditions. As a result, Cantaré is creating full flavored, fresh products that represent true artisan authenticity. From fresh roasted vine tomatoes, to olive-based tapenades, Cantaré manufactures a wide selection of handcrafted artisan cheeses, Cantaré captures the essence of what was, what is and what should always be - a true passion for food and life.

Cantaré's skilled artisans create products rich in genuine flavor with only the best and purest of ingredients that now are widely available in grocery stores, clubs stores and restaurants, so everyone may savor and enjoy them.

Cantaré is very proud to announce the construction of its new 70,000 square feet, state-of the-art facility; scheduled for completion summer 2007. This new facility includes all administrative, production and distribution operations – all under one roof! The completion of this project will enhance our ability to bring fresh, authentic artisan food right to your table.
